Questions

Is Hylen Invoice free?

Yes. Making, editing and downloading documents costs nothing. There is no plan to buy and no charge per document.

Do I need an account?

Only to download. You can make, edit and preview a document without one. To download the PDF, sign in with Google or with a link we email you. The first time, we ask for your country and the type of business you run, and you can change both on your account page.

Is this a fiscal receipt?

No. Documents from Hylen Invoice are commercial documents. They are not fiscal receipts issued by a tax authority, and they do not replace one where your country requires it.

Is my data stored on your servers?

While you're building it, your document lives only in your browser. Pressing Download also stores a copy on our server, and the documents you download while signed in are listed on your account page, where you can download them again. A stored document is scheduled for deletion a year after it was first stored or, for one bought before Hylen became free, a year after it was paid for if that is later; the records of past payments are kept as accounting records. Our privacy page sets out exactly what is and is not kept.
